Billing & cancellation
No surprises. Here's how upgrades, downgrades, and cancellations work.
What happens if I cancel?
Your plan stays active until the end of the period you've paid for. After that, your account drops back to Free — you keep your account and up to 3 saved signatures, but premium layouts, banners, CTAs, awards and team seats are locked until you resubscribe.
Do I lose my signatures when I cancel?
No. We never delete your saved signatures when you downgrade. If you have more than 3, the extras stay safely stored and become editable again the moment you resubscribe to Personal or Business.
Can I switch between monthly and annual?
Yes. Change your billing period any time from your account. Annual plans are prorated for the remaining term, and monthly plans take effect on your next renewal.
How do I cancel?
Cancel anytime from your account billing settings — no email or phone call required. There are no cancellation fees, and you won't be charged again after your current period ends.
